Job Summary:
Finance Solution, a prominent Indian Bank DSA, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. Operating since 2012, Finance Solution specializes in business and personal loan assistance and disbursement. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads through domestic voice calls, managing and nurturing these leads, and coordinating with back-office executives to facilitate smooth loan disbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients, including new businesses and ventures, to generate leads for business loans. Identify and engage with prospects to create opportunities for loan assistance.
-Lead Management & Nurturing: Maintain an organized database of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuous communication. Develop a deep understanding of client needs to tailor loan solutions effectively.
-Coordination with Back-Office Executives: Collaborate closely with the back-office team to ensure seamless coordination in the loan disbursement process. Assist in collecting and verifying necessary documents from clients.
-Sales Monitoring: Regularly update and maintain the lead’s sales chart, tracking progress from initial contact to loan disbursement. Provide accurate reports on lead status and conversion rates.
-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to loan processing.
-Performance & Incentives: Strive for high performance by meeting and exceeding monthly targets. Benefit from an attractive incentive structure starting at ₹6,000 per successful disbursement, with potential earnings up to ₹50 lakh depending on loan amounts.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
– Basic knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
Compensation:
-Monthly Salary: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 based on experience and performance.
-Incentives: Starting from ₹2,000 (min) per qualified disbursement, with potential earnings up to ₹1 lakh(max) depending on the disbursed loan amount.
