Job Summary:
Finance Solution, a leading Indian Bank DSA specializing in business and personal loan assistance and disbursement, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. Established in 2012, our company has been a trusted partner in the financial sector, offering comprehensive loan solutions. The Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing back-office operations, driving sales activities, ensuring the company’s growth, and supervising staff to maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Back-Office Administration: Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Manage documentation, loan processing, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
– Sales Management: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing guidance and support to the team.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored loan solutions. Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and development opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear expectations for team members.
-Growth Monitoring: Analyze financial data to track the company’s growth and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present growth reports to senior management.
-Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency. Identify and implement best practices in loan processing and sales management.
-Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all activities comply with banking regulations and company policies. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance or a related field/Experience in loan disbursement.
– Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the financial services industry.
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
– Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Salary: Competitive salary package based on experience and performance. Min ₹20,000/mo – Max ₹50,000/mo + Incentive (Based on performance)
